The old version of the DVR 3000 Main board is obsolete. If a DVR 3000 with this style board in it requires repair, it will need to be sent to St. Petersburg, Florida, to be repaired. There are no spares, and if damaged beyond repair, no replacements.

Identifying factor is the beveled edge on the heat sink, and matching bevel on the inside of the headstock casing. Current revision boards and heat sinks do not fit in the old headstock.

Also if the lathe has a separate filter board with a coil attached to the inside of the cover plate, there are no spares. Some versions of the DVR 3000 may have the beveled board or the EMI filter, or both.

Solution for old machines:

A replacement board is required with modified heat sink
