Does your adaptor fit on your lathe, but not in your NOVA chuck?
Adaptors will only fit INSERT version chucks. INSERT version means you may insert an adaptor.
Please check the sku# of your NOVA chuck to assure you have the correct product. If you have the wrong product, please return for an exchange where you made the purchase.
