MCB means Main Control Board, and this indicates that the front (HMI/Human Machine Interface) panel is unable to communicate with the MCB. I would first power off the machine & take the front panel off to check that 10 pin grey ribbon cable going into the headestock to see that it's connected and not damaged. If that looks ok, take off the top cover and check the other end of that cable.
