PACKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR DVR CONTROL BOARD
When packing up the main board and control panel, use 2 boxes. Wrap the main board with a lot of bubble wrap. Place it into a box with foam tightly.
Then pack that box into another box with foam surrounding it.
We have received the electronics broken many times. The cost to replace the DVR CONTROL BOARD is $400. That is what you should insure them for. Shipping companies won't pay for damage unless they are packaged properly.
Please print two copies of the RG form and keep one for yourself. For the other one, tear off the shipping tag from the bottom and affix it to the side of the package you are returning to us. Put the rest of the form in the package.
