loose headstock

My nova 3000 has a loose headstock, is there any way of tightening it?

Hi Bill,


From our resolved customer service ticket #7944, I am posting the solution for others with the same problem:


1. Remove headstock lock pin

2. Move the headstock release handle to the right to unlock

3. Underneath the bed, remove the screw

4. Locate the swivel pin; turn it to where the grubscrew is facing towards the back

5. Place the headstock back into position

6. Move the headstock release handle to the left to lock

7. Replace the headstock lock pin; tighten
