Headstock alignment

Take a 50mm allen key
Unscrew both
Carefully twist the headstock to align with the base.
Replace the screws and DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!!! No need to strong arm the screws.

I have a Viking drill press and the headstock comes preinstalled onto the column however when mounted onto the base the headstock is not in alignment with the base (10-15 degrees off center). To correct this is it just loosening two screws that appear to hold the headstock to the column and twisting it straight?
